You can send the exact locked report version to a landlord or letting agent for acknowledgement, comments or item-specific disputes without giving them access to your wider account.

During the tenancy, keep issue and communication records. At move-out, use the original locked baseline to record the same property again, capture final readings and create a factual move-in versus move-out comparison report. Your locked originals remain unchanged.
